Our sausages are made from high quality pork shoulder and mixed with our own spice blends and the freshest ingredients to make the best pork sausage available. Absolutely no MSG is used.
We use all natural pork casings to stuff our pork sausage. If you would prefer just bulk sausage with no casing, please ask.
We can also sell just plain ground pork if you want to make your own sausage at home.

Our pasture-raised pork is quickly becoming a favorite of our customers. Our pigs live out on pasture for their entire stay here. Their feed is non-GMO,free of antibiotics, and they are not crowded in small pens. In fact, the pigs receive no antibiotics, hormones, or artificial supplements over their lifetime.
